FaceID won’t work

For quite a while now, my 1Password iOS app won’t retain my password required to use FaceID. No issues on my desktop and iPad. I’ve deleted and restarted the app, restarted, etc. nothing works.

I'm sorry that Face ID isn't working for 1Password on your iOS device. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:

Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to [email protected].

With your email please include:
