I am using the embedded 1Password icon in Chrome on my MacBook Pro. When I try to login, I get a message that says "Database Error" What can I do?

Hey @Kzpaster, it sounds like there may be something preventing the extension from connecting to our servers to reach your account. I'd like for you to try the following to see if it helps:

    1. Right click the 1Password icon on the top right corner of your browser and select "Remove from Chrome".
    2. Quit Chrome completely.
    3. Relaunch Chrome, then install the extension again: 1Password for Chrome
    4. Test and see if you are able to unlock it properly.

Let us know if you are still seeing issues. We can help and investigate further.
