firefox extension wont show on menu or function
I have followed instructions to change profile. And have added and removed extension multiple times. It does not giver error and says installed but the usual icon on top does not exist and when i customize toolbar it is not there either. I have deleted firefox and reinstalled.
1Password Version: 8.9.14
Extension Version: 2.5.1
OS Version: windows 11 pro 22h2 2022 update
Browser:_ firefox 109.0

Hey @bradHon1Pcomm,
Can you click on the jigsaw piece icon in you browser toolbar and let me know if 1Password is hiding here? You can pin it to the toolbar by clicking on the settings cog.

Yes it was there! thanks was driving me crazy. Why does it put behind that? Perhaps you could update your website for Firefox install as it does not say that there. Thanks for the help.

Firefox recently made an update that changed the way the icon is added to the browser toolbar. I'm happy to report that changes have been made to the support documentation to reflect this, which can be found in the link I've included below:
