Since this weekend I have created a trial family. Today I clicked on teams to see what was possible with that, but now I want to go back to family and I can't figure out how to do that.
Is this possible?

Thanks for the update! From the screenshot, it looks like your email was directed to our Business Support team first, before a Support ID was generated, which is why you didn't get one in the auto-reply. I'm glad to hear things are sorted out now, and we'll be here whenever you need us. :)
