Around one month ago I bought a 1password family membership and decided to migrate from another password manager, which recently announced leak of user's data. Few weeks later I tried to login, but I forgot my password, so I had to remove and recreate an account. With this I lost my membership. I contacted a support, and they even said that they will help me, but now looks like they just ignore all my questions. I feel quite confused now. Lost money, support ignores. What should I do? There is no live chat or phone number I can contact them?
