MacOS SSH signing failed for RSA "sign_and_send_pubkey" "agent refused operation"

I find I am no longer able to login to any of my servers over SSH. I have been using the SSH functionality within 1Password without any problem until this past day or so.

Hi @Chris Noden:
When 1Password isn't allowing you to use your SSH keys, are you able to unlock 1Password or your Mac with Touch ID or Apple Watch? Let me know.

Thanks for the reply.
Touch ID/Apple Watch unlocking was also not working.
However, this morning everything is working.
1Password App is now version 8.9.15 and SSH agent + touch ID all working.
