1Password doesn't consistently launch on startup

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

I have it login items, but about 50% of the time I see for a moment the 1Password menu, but only part of menu and the application doesn't open. The other half of the time it opens. I suspect it's an OS issue because it started recently.
