Hey @DmitryV, sorry about the suggestions in the comment fields on stackoverflow.com. Because I don't have a high rep, I'm unable to make a comment test things out. That said, I can still report the issue to our developers.
At this time, could you grab the following details from a page where the comment field and issue are present?
- Navigate to the page where the issue is present.
- Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar.
- Click Help and choose Collect Page Structure.
- 1Password will save a .json file to your "Downloads" folder.
- Open the file to make sure no personal or sensitive information is collected.
- Attach the downloaded .json file to your next reply.
Looking forward to your response!

An interesting thing: I've checked a random page from StackOverflow, which doesn't have the wrong suggestions. Only a particular page I saw first is affected.
Normal page , structure.
Page with the problem, structure. Also, I discovered the hard way that when you write a text without being logged in to this forum, you shouldn't trust the button "Post as..." which logs you in: it discards the content of the message you wrote after logging in, and you end up with a blank comment field again.

Hey @DmitryV,
Thank you for providing this information. I have passed it on to our developers to investigate.
Let us know if there is anything else we can help with!
