Cannot use FaceID

After I scan my face with FaceID, 1Password say it didn’t work and I must enter my master password every time.
App version: 8.9.7
iOS 16.1.2

    You're most likely experiencing a known issue. We're looking to resolve this in an upcoming release. Building a Better, More Useful 1Password If you'd like to submit a support ticket and include a diagnostic one of the team can verify it is indeed the same issue I suspect.

    1. Open 1Password.
    2. Tap your 1Password account icon from the 1Password home screen.
    3. Tap Settings.
    4. Tap Help.
    5. Click Send Diagnostics.
    6. Please include the following.

    I’m also experiencing this also, tried restarting the phone and deleted and redownloaded the app with no success
