Feature request: Default vault collection and sync selection with browsers
I have created a collection for work, which only includes my Private vault and a vault specific for my work accounts. Works OK.
But, whenever I restart my computer, the vaults are always back to showing all of them. Please allow me to select a default collection for a 1P-installation, so that it defaults to this when starting up.
Please also sync this the vault collection selection between the OS application and browser extensions, so that I will see the same vaults in all places.

It's sounds like you are referring to the 1Password 8 app. The app (and Quick Access) should retain the last used collection. If it's, not we'll need to investigate further. You mentioned this collection contained work and private vaults - could you confirm if this from the same account 1Password account or do you have multiple accounts added/signed in to the app?

Hi @svish,
I appreciate the update that this is during the use of one account. This issue seems to resolved for the majority of customers who had reported this in 2022. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling 1Password 8 for Windows and let us know if the issue persists?

Uninstalling, reinstalling, selecting a collection, then quitting 1Password and reopening it, seems to have persisted my choice of collection now, so hopefully it "sticks" through a reboot as well 👍
