App does not sync with desktop

My app is missing login information that is on my desktop app, both apps are up to date as is my phone

    I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing the same items on both of your devices. Do you see an older standalone "Primary" vault on either device? Can you confirm that you see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?

    I see everything including what is not populating on my phone app in the browser log in AND in the desktop app, my phone app also keeps taking out my family account or my business account and will have to re add them when I log back in every time

    Please email us using support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question. Something is amiss and we will likely need to take a deeper dive and look at logs.
