"unable to generate Masked Email"
Keep getting this lately, seemingly randomly, but 3 out of 4 tries produces this error...why?

I see you are using 7.9.9 I would recommend updating to 1Password 8 if possible. Additionally, you're an update behind on macOS. I don't think that is necessarily a problem but updating will restart the OS which has a tendency to straighten out odd things that happen from time to time.
It may be best to get you into email support where the team can look at the logs. At a minimum emailing will get you going towards my colleagues reviewing any logs and if the trouble ends up being resolved by the update you can close the email conversation. To do that email us using

Off-hand have you changed regions by chance? If so, please make sure the integration is enabled in the new account. We had a user recently that needed to do that.

That's an odd one. I wonder if the API we use to Fastmail was having trouble. 🤔
