I am having difficulty. Where I have made changes on desktop but donot s ee on phone

    Thanks for your message and sorry to hear that you are encountering some syncing issues between your devices.

    With a 1Password account, any changes you make in one of the apps should automatically appear on any other devices signed into the same 1Password account. If you're seeing that things aren't matching up, we definitely need to investigate.

    When you sign in to your account on 1Password.com, do you see a complete and up-to-date set of your data there?
    To help us work out where the issue lies, could you try creating a new item on each device and let me know if either or both of the items appear on 1Password.com?
