When I go to Bank A and click on the login button, 1Password take me to the login page of Bank B?

I have two bank account logins saved to my 1Password account. I go to my first bank's website, click on login, and it takes me to the login page the second bank's website. So now I'm completely unable to even access the first bank's login page.
