"Sign in with" not working for several services.

For example, to login into a bungie.net account, I can use several oAuth providers - Xbox, Steam, Epic, Twitch, Playstation.

But when I use one of these to login into Bungie, 1Password doesn't get triggered and doesn't offer to save that login. [Issue #1]
Also, if I manually try to make a login entry in 1P, the "Sign in with" dropdown doesn't show any options for Xbox, Steam, Epic, Twitch, Playstation etc (I do have a login saved for each of those services.) [Issue #2]

Side issue - Not sure why Okta is showing at the bottom of this list, even though rest of the list is alphabetically sorted.

  • Hey @1Passworder1,

The reason you are not being offered to sign in with Xbox, Steam, Epic, Twitch or Playstation is because we do not currently support these providers. You can see the list of our supported sign in providers here: Use 1Password to sign in to sites with supported providers.

As for Okta, I'm going to assume the reason it is bottom of the list is because it is save and edit support only. 1Password will remind you that you use Okta to sign in to a website, but you'll need finish signing in with your Okta username and password.

We are looking to expand our list of support providers so I have passed the information you have provided on to our product team for consideration in future updates.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Oh, wow - I use all the providers 1P supports! Hehe. :D

Thanks @steph.giles for forwarding the request to add the other services to 1P supported SSO providers.

  • You're welcome @1Passworder1, have a great weekend!
