1Password app requires full password login after reboot even with Windows Hello enabled?

Hello there,

I enabled Windows Hello for my 1Pass app but after a full shut down and start up I do not see a prompt to unlock 1Pass with biometrics (I have a fingerprint reader).

Is this intended or is there something I am missing? I would like to unlock the 1Pass app (and by extension the browser extension) using biometrics instead of inputting my master password after every reboot. Is that possible?
