Request: Assign a name to Authenticator App

Hiya! I have a few different auth apps I use for different things. I have just spent some time setting up my 4 Yubikeys with my account and I just added one of my auth apps. With the hardware apps I can assign a name. With the app, I cannot. Was it Google Auth? Authy? Microsoft Auth? I mean, I can open those apps and figure it out but it would be really neat for the prompt to remind me which app I named it for.
