Windows App doesn't open

I had 1Password 7 installed for some time now, and began to have problems with it opening on the desktop. I tried to update to 1Password 8 but it wouldn't install. I eventually uninstalled the 1Password 7 and was then able to install 1Password 8, but it won't open on the desktop.

    Thanks for your message. I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've experienced with 1Password 8 opening.

    Could you let us know what type of issues you are seeing? For example, are you seeing any error messages when opening the app? Does the app appear in task manager after opening it?

    If you try restarting Windows in Safe Mode with Networking Enabled and then try using 1Password 8 again, does this behaviour change?
