Where can I find my support ID?

I need to follow up on a support email, but they requested my support ID. I can't find any reference to that in our account. Where should I be looking?

    If you have an email the reference that ive used in the past is above the main mail body right at the top in a bigger bolder font, mixture of Letters, Numbers, and symbols, hope this helps.

    Depending on how you contacted us, you may not have been given a support ID. If it is available, it was likely shown in the body of the initial reply to your support request, but there are cases where there won't be one there.
