How long does it take for support to react
The Lastpass Import didn't work. I send a few EMails with screenshots and 1pdiagnostics files to support but didn't get a response. Not even an automated acknowledgment of receipt. So I wonder if you received them.
How long does an answer usually take? Does 1Password send acknowledgments? Do note that being security minded i did use GnuPG. If it's available I encrypt mails.

We try to get back to folks as soon as possible. I recommend that you wait to hear from us before sending more replies since that might delay a response. I don't see a ticket open using the email address associated with your forum account, did you use a different email address?
Do note that being security minded i did use GnuPG.
Encrypted emails are handled by a small specialized team and replies will take longer. Sending an unencrypted email that doesn't contain sensitive information will bring a faster reply.

The Lastpass import of version 8.10.0 failed spectacular and now my Lastpass folder where turned into 200 empty safes.
I wonder if the beta version has a new and maybe improved import I could try out. I ask because every try will result in an additional 100 empty safes which will be a pain to delete.

Two failed Lastpass imports left me with 200 empty safes and to delete them you have to type (or copy paste) in the name of the safe:
That's will be quite a lot of work. As it is it will be easier to delete the account and create a new one.
It would be nice if there was an option to quickly delete empty safes.

Yes, I have a separate EMails for normal and forum use. But the hostname is the same and I'm the only person who uses that hostname. I guess I'll just have to wait.

I can chase the ticket for you to have one of our specialists look into this and answer your other questions/requests over email. Have you received a response yet? If you have then can you post the Support ID of the email conversation? It should be in the subject of the email thread and look like this: [#ABC-12345-678]

Yes support contacted me. The Ticket number is: [#HGC-34734-655].
Zoe suggested to use the CSV import. But using the CSV file I will loose the folder structure and the attachments. So that is not as helpful as the direct import.
I might still try it to see how it works. My current account is already messed up and I probably have to delete it shortly before the end of trial period and then create a new clean account to perform a clean import.
