Why does my 1Password login account have double listings for identical website?

For example: Ancestry.com and Ally Bank, (etc.) both have 2 identical listings with same listing name, email, website and password.

1Password Version: 8.10.0
Extension Version: 2.7.0
OS Version: 13.0.1
Browser:_ Safari

    It was in my 1Password app. Most of my logins were duplicated. I decided to just delete all the duplicates. So far things seem to be okay. Don't know why that happened. Hope I didn't mess something up!

    I was seeing this for a while via the browser extension's auto-fill listings as well. I'm not seeing it since a recent extension update.

    Hey @emaclodi,

    Can you let me know where you are seeing the duplicate items? Is this in your 1Password app or in your browser? Are all of your items duplicated or just a select few?

    Any information would be really helpful!
