WP network - can 1P be (automatically) given login hints that a login works across sites?

Hi there!

I work on a large multisite network (100+ sites) that each live on their own domain name. Since I'm a network admin the login I use for the main site works on all network sites, and so I'm wondering if there's a way I can hint to 1P that the login item works for each network site as well, e.g. some sort of data attribute in the login forms. Or perhaps an efficient way to add 100+ domains to a login item without manually typing them in one-by-one?
