1Password iOS/iPadOS in Chrome not recognizing .tv domain

Issue only appears in iOS/iPadOS Chrome; not in Safari. All history deleted. Problem duplicated on 2 iPhones and 2 iPads. 1Password otherwise operates as expected in Chrome.

When trying to autofill a site with a .tv domain (https://mixondemand.vhx.tv/login) , 1Password properly opens the login page but neither auto-fills nor provides any 1Password option. It appears Chrome is trying to fill but has no suggestions; weird since Chrome password is disabled. Manually entering user id and password opens the site.

This is the only .tv domain I use. Works properly in Chrome and Safari macOS and Safari iOS/iPadOS.
