"Forbidden" message when attempting to log in to 1Password

I'm receiving an error I have seen a few others post about. I just signed up for 1Password and when I attempt to log in via 1password.com, I receive a blank screen with "forbidden." Likewise, I'm unable to log in to the Windows or Android apps, either via 1password.com or using the emergency kit.

I have tried multiple browsers, laptops and mobile devices. When I disconnect from my home Wi-Fi I AM able to access the site via my phone, so it seems like it is some sort of firewall/ip address blocking issue, but not savvy enough to diagnose the issue myself.

I contacted support via email first thing this morning, but have not heard back (#QUJ-52651-363)
