Quick Access opens with using a default macOS shortcut

The shortcut "cmd + ` " is used by default to switch between the windows of an app.
For no good reason, when I hit this shortcut with the 1Password app open, it opens the "Quick Access" panel, and does not switch window.
If I close the app, the shortcut works properly.

I just noticed it submitted this very form I'm filling right now to post this message, when I hit this shortcut.

EDIT : Just to be clear, no I have not set "cmd + ` " as a shortcut to open "Quick Access".

It sounds like you are encountering a known issue that we're hoping is resolved soon. My apologies for the trouble. Can you let me know the langage you're using on your keyboard. Basically I am looking for the keyboard layout type ISO or JIS.
