Account Frozen
Hi My 1Password account is frozen. I have been talking to billing support for over a week now about using India credit cards which 1P is not yet setup to process. They were too slow to respond now my account is frozen. I also added a gift card there with $50 balance to charge for subscription despite this account is frozen and my emails to billing support is not responded to. Why is this hard to fix particularly when you have the credit balance clearly showing in the account.
