Account frozen because iTunes billing is not reflecting
I have subscribed to the 1password membership via iTunes and it still shows my account as frozen. I stay in India and an alternative billing option to use a credit card is not functioning via the 1password billing site. I had raised a support ticket regarding this a few days ago and got no response, opened another one today and hoping to get the issue resolved.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your 1Password account's subscription. I've located your ticket and I see that my colleague replied to you with a question about two days ago, can you check your spam/junk folder to see if the email might have landed there? If you don't see our email then let me know and I'll have my colleagues send you another email. 🙂
