Autofill is not working on my windows 11 laptop's firefox8

I'm working with a new laptop since my old one died. This is a Windows11 OS and I am running Firedox8 as my browser. Every time I log on to one of saved sites I have to manually enter my user name and password. 1Password does not autofill those entries. How do I fix this?

OS Version: W11

    Hey @sanedracnoel,

    Can you start by letting me know if you can see a 1Password icon in your browser toolbar on your new laptop?

    If yes, what happens when you click on it? Can you enter your password and see your items?
