Switching from Apple Keychain

How do I change from Apple Keychain to 1password? When I try to login the Keychain prompt appears and masks 1password. How do I prevent Keychain interference?

You would import your data into 1Password and then remove the data from keychain. Then you'd also likely disable the Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser
