Feature Idea: Collapsible/Expandable Sections

I've included a screenshot as an example. On the left, the "Two-factor" section is expanded, and on the right, the "Two-factor" section is collapsed and you can see another (expanded) section immediately below it. Notice the icon(s) to the right of the section title -- which kind of look like this: ^ -- which changes based on if the section is collapsed or expanded.

I'd like this for all the various apps/platforms, and I'm not sure whether or not it'd make sense for this to sync across all other devices.
