New password creation dialog disappears before saving newly filled password

I just created an account on amig.com.
1Password filled the password for me, and I was getting ready to save the new login.
Before I could click the save button the underlying page navigated.
The new password dialog disappeared before I could click save.
And I lost my new password that was just filled.

This seems like a bug.

Hey @ptr727, thanks for the link. Unfortunately, I'm unable to get to the page with the new password field, as I do not have a valid user id.

I'm curious, what steps did you take to fill the new password field? Where did the website unexpectedly take you afterwards? Could you take a screen recording of the behavior and then send it to us via email at support+forum@1password.com?

You can try attaching the video directly to the email. If it's too big, then the email may not go through. Instead, just shoot us a message and we can send you a secure link to upload the video.

@ptr727 hmm that would be too big for our upload tool and ticketing system to handle. How long is the video? Are you able to shorten it? Can you make sure to just show the behavior as you described in your first post?
