iphone app will not reconnect

Are you having trouble unlocking? If so, use the previous password which may help to update things so you can use the new password. You should be prompted to update the password. If that's not happening the quickest way to get going again is to remove and reinstall the app.
Before reinstalling, make sure all of your data is available on https://my.1password.com , you have a copy of your 🚒 Emergency Kit and know your password.
- If needed and you have data that is local to the device which is not on 1Password.com please copy it over manually to prevent data loss.
