Why are the import export options in my Windows app greyed out?

Using the desktop app in Windows. Never did get a totally successful LastPass import and wanted to try again.

    Thanks for your message. It sounds like you are having troubles with the option to import from the menu () being greyed out. To confirm, this would be the case if you are not signed into the app.

    If you are signed into the app already, could you confirm you have a copy of your Emergency Kit and if signing out and back into the app helps with this behaviour? How to Sign out of 1Password
