Watchtower ignore does not always save

When I ignore an item in Watchtower it does not always seem to save this condition. I especially notice this between devices

Extension Version: 2.7.0
OS Version: Windows 10

    Hello @cchat9000,

    Thanks for your report. I understand you've been experiencing some issues with Watchtower not always saving the ignore state when you've ignored an item. I've so me testing but not able to reproduce this behaviour.

    Could you provide some more details so we can help investigate?
    - Does the banner return after you sign out and back in on a device, or does it not always get ignored?
    - If the banner is ignored and disappears on one device, does it continue to show in that item on another device?
    - Does this happen within all categories in Watchtower?
    - Is this only happening with 1Password 8 for Windows or do you see the same behaviour no matter which device you've attempted to ignore an item in Watchtower?
    - Aside from Windows, what other devices do you use 1Password on?

    If you are able to reliably reproduce this behaviour, you send a along a complete list of steps and let us know on which device(s) this is happening?
