I have various accounts that I use "Sign with Google" to access them. I would like to add these accounts in 1Password but when I choose the type "login" I am required to add username and password which I really don't need because I am signing in with Google . Just looking for recommendations on how to add these accounts in 1password and keep the database organized.

For these items you do not need to fill out the username or password. When you choose '+New item > Login' you can leave these fields blank and then choose 'Add more > Sign in with' and choose your Google account from here.
