I am attempting to install the CLI tool but to no avail. I am following the document in the title. I am doing the full PowerShell script that runs, but I am still unable to see the option to use it in the 1password app. The developer section is still greyed out.

Do you have Windows Hello enabled? On Windows, it's necessary to use Windows Hello to unlock 1Password.
