Full access vs View & Edit?

Hi,

I'm trying to remove "allow editing" access for a user, while allowing them to still view, however 1Password seems to give an error?

I note it that the user seems to have FULL ACCESS to some vaults and VIEW & EDIT to others.  It seems the ones that are FULL ACCESS are the ones that I can't edit her edit ability.

What exactly is the difference on these two access types?  Why is this happening?
