Can't create an account after being a deleted family member
So this happened:
- I created a family account with email A
I added email B as a member, after creating an account with email B
I decided I wanted to switch to individual plans, but I could only do that if there are no family members left in the plan: so I deleted email B from the family.
I downgraded to an individual plan for email A.
I wanted to log in to email B and purchase an individual plan, but it didn't work. It said: "account deleted"
- Tried to create an account with email B, but it said: "an account already exists for this email"
- Got 2 emails: "reminder to verify your account" But when I click the link/button, it says: "an account already exits"
The whole point of account deletion is that you can have a fresh start, right? I would really appreciate any help because email B is my work email, using another email address isn't just going to do the job.
How can I get out of this loop?
