Repeatedly asked to sign into One Password for each new password sought.

Repeatedly asked to sign into One Password for each new password sought as of today 3/10/2023. Every time I try to log into any entity via One Password, I am asked to sign into One Password again, and again.

Extension Version: 2.8.0
OS Version: Mac OS 13.2.1

    Hi @psdowning - Thanks for reaching out to us here. 🙂 I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you're seeing, as this doesn't sound quite right.

    • Which web browser are you using?
    • Could you share a screenshot of the login screen you are seeing when you are asked to sign into 1Password over and over? (make sure not to share any sensitive info in the screenshot)
    • Do you have the 1Password app (desktop app) installed? If you do, does the app and the browser extension unlock together, or are you required to unlock each separately?
    • If you right click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and select 'Settings', what settings do you have under the 'Security' section there?
