Cannot update payment information
Hello, I received an email today that my payment method was rejected, but when i logged in to update my information, i could not. It would not allow me to edit the existing card information, and when i enter a new card the ADD CARD field remains greyed out. I was using my webrowser to enter the information. and filled out the form using both the 1Password app and manually entering the information through with the keyboard.. Could someone please help?
