CAN'T MIGRATE can't reinistall can't get response from support

I get cant install 1PW 7 since 8 is installed what does this do to my data?
can I still access 8
this is continuing to be a FU and I cannot see any responses to prior emails from 1PW/AB

NO FEEDBACK on where to look for data files to preserve, and what gets overwritten or erased.

I have been using 1PW across several devices for 10+ years , recommended it and now am having it mess up EVERYTHING it touches, heaping confusion, complexity and feature creep over the entire install.

? where are their responses?

I have hours on this and trying to recover backed up data with responses in the past that heap confusion over terms used without definition or pointers to their definitions.

Now says I cant install 7 because 8 exists on the machine
I need someone to walk me through this and recover my backups, the rabbit holes I have been sent down don't get responses as to what they are impacting. got responses that appeared to ignore prior instructions and just went off in other directions.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing difficulties with reinstalling 1Password 7 for Windows and the migration process. Have you received a response from our Bitbot assistant with a Support ID number? Could let us know what that Support ID number is so we can track down the email and put you in touch with the Migrations team?

    Thanks. Got response from support asking for details @ ~10:30, 4 days out.
    I am still where I was pending their response to the reply.
    Today's reply was the first "Bitbot" tagged reply to my requests.

    Do my follow up requests to ask for status, reset the original request to the end of the request que?
    I was very satisfied with 1PW PCV4 and MacV6 for 10 years, but problems and long unanswered questions about them and v8 that I have had are all biting me.
    I am trying to restore an install that has gone dark and will not read or threatens to overwrite or abandon existing files/vaults and backups, adding complexity and confusion.
    I am experiencing many of the concerns discussed in the Win4 threads on this board concerning the transition to v8, and have since subscribing in September.
    V8 plays unpredictably and not well with what were stable standalone versions.
    I am faced with restoring and verifying some 1000 files locked in "secure storage".

    I've had a look and see it is with correct team. As mentioned we've been experiencing a higher than normal volume of tickets. Follow up requests can reset the place queue, however the support teams are working to respond to the oldest tickets without a response. I'm sorry for any additional delays you're experiencing.

    To keep things tidy, could you continue to follow up via email? I've also noticed a few other threads from you here in the forum. I'll close these threads as duplicates, linking back here. Thanks!

    the email support connection appears to have responded.
    As an aside, I have had more crashes from software updates than mechanical failures
    at a ratio of 6 to 1,
    mostly over features I have no need for and do not use.
    I am not seeing how the features and "increases" in security are making my life better. More complexity and opportunities for confusion.
    Macv4 and Winv6 standalones had been stable and just needed to be restored..
    No problem in paying you guys more, but I just am not seeing the value in "up"grading
    given the backwards compatibility issues.
