Invitee doesn't receive email - Outlook issue???

I'm trying to let my sister use 1Password using my account.

I've sent and re-sent the invitation request a number of times but she doesn't get the email.

She has checked her spam/junk folder, and she has added 'no-reply@1password.com' to her permitted senders (as that's where the email should come from I believe.

She uses Outlook as her email client, and has an outlook email address.

Do you have any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

    Hey there! This is definitely strange, as I know we have plenty of folks who use 1Password with Outlook as their email provider.

    Could you send us an email from the email address your 1Password Account was created with to support@1password.com with a link to this thread so we can have our team take a look at what might be going on?
