Could my 1Password account been breached?

I have a notification by mail of a login from Hong Kong yesterday at 3 AM (my time) within a browser that I don't think anybody use on this side of the world.
I don't believe that was an authorized login.
I sent an email to support through the website, but didn't even receive a reply with a ticket number.
Please someone help ASAP

    The system just reply to my original support email with the case #IAE-85615-284
    Still, if my account is compromised, I feel that 1Password is not doing anything. The login was more than 6 hours ago.
