I am unable to sign into mobile app and desktop app with master password.

Created a account, I have a master password works with browsers but I'm unable to sign in to Mobile app and desktop app. I'm using Key Phrase email and masterpassword getting incorrect user name password.

OS Version: Windows 11 and Ventura
