Can't add credit card payment info after payment rejected

My billing credit card is no longer valid, so yearly payment was rejected. I need to add a new credit card, but the Add Credit Card button remains greyed out after I fill in all credit card info. I have tried this on both macOs and iphone, both with completely updated OS and 1Password versions. Please respond before 3/25 when my account becomes frozen.
