Is anyone having issues renewing their anuual subscription?
I have tried 2 different cards and both times I got an email "We couldn’t process your payment". I then purchased a gift card and redeemed it. Now the gift card says it has already been redeemed but the subscription hasn't renewed.

Looks like you've got an email support request into the billing team. That's the correct thing to do. Thank you for that. We do not have access to billing details here in the community. Someone from the team should be with you as soon as possible.
