Is there a way to remove ambiguous characters from the password generator?

I recently switched from LastPass to 1Password and I am still learning. Is there a simple way to remove specifically the "." and the "-" from the password generator? Most of the websites I use will not accept those two characters as part of a password. Thank you!

In the random password choice, you can disable Symbols
But with this choice, no symbol will be used

Thanks for your question. As @Ekalb mentions (thanks!), the available options for generating passwords can be found by changing the Type and by disabling symbols.
