I am having an issue with Autofill not working on Chrome on some Macs.
A few of our users are having issues with 1password extension not showing up in the username or password field. However, it works in Incognito
I pulled the page structure of the website that is not working in two formats of Chrome, Regular and Incognito. Can you take a look at the json file and see if something is blocking it on the regular chrome window.

Hi @Quan, thanks for reaching out. I have looked at the website you've shared in both regular Chrome and Incognito Chrome. 1Password appears in the username field as expected. I could not get to the second part of the login process where the password field would be, but looking at the page structure you sent, I don't see where 1Password would have any issues detecting the field.
For the users running into this issue, please let us know the following:
- Does the problem on this particular website occur consistently, or does it only occur intermittently?
- Does the problem occur on other websites?
- Does refreshing the page or quitting/restarting the browser help at all?
- Do the affected users have other extensions installed in their browser? If so, what are those extensions?
We may need to look at a specific user's setup to pinpoint where things are going wrong. However, let's just the above info first before we dive in too deeply. Please let us know about the details requested above. Talk to you again soon.

After resetting her cache and cookies, it will work for a few hours but then stop working. So the issue is Intermittently
Does the problem occur on other websites?
This problem was occurring on all websites that she would go to.
Does refreshing the page or quitting/restarting the browser help at all?
Sometimes
Do the affected users have other extensions installed in their browser? If so, what are those extensions?
Yes, we manage all our employees extensions via Chrome. We have Ublock Origin, Zoom Scheduler, and Okta Browser Plugin installed.

@Quan thanks for those details. Could you have the user create a new user profile in Chrome, install only 1Password in it, and then test to see if there are any issues there?

@Joy_1P I will have to make some adjustments to our MDM system to allow only 1password to install for this user. Currently we have our standard extensions being force to install upon logging in. Give me some time and get this built and I will reach back out with the results.
