Sharing one password with another team member
So we have a business plan with about 34 users that are spread across several departments in our business. Our marketing department would like to share a single password with one of our sales people. Is my only option to have marketing create another vault just to store that one password and share that vault with that one user?

Your team has a couple options when sharing a single item with a colleague:
Option 1: As you mentioned, you can create a new vault and share it with that single sales person. They'll be able to access the item for as long as the vault is shared with them.
Option 2: You can use the password secure sharing feature to share an item with the user for a limited time (up to 30 days). This will allow you to share a unique link that they can access, and this works for both internal users part of your 1Password account, as well as external users.
