1Password removed my permissions.

Somehow I am no longer a member of Administrators or Owners.

Both Groups have no members.

I know for a fact I have never removed anyone from either group. How is this possible?

What can be done to fix this?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. We're unable to look up your account details based on a request through this public forum, but I have some basic troubleshooting I can suggest. If that doesn't resolve the issue I can get you in touch with our Business Support team, who can dig deeper.

    A few questions to get us started:

    1. Is there anyone else within your 1Password membership who is an owner / administrator? Have you checked with them to see if they've made any recent changes? Do they see the same thing you're seeing ("both Groups have no members")? They can check group memberships at https://start.1password.com/groups
    2. Could you please try signing in at https://start.1password.com/activity-log ? Are you able to view that page? If so, that would indicate that you still have administrative privileges within the membership.
